You're Not Going Anywhere

Finally, this took way longer than expected. but I'm pleased with the results. there isn't anything I'd really like to improve on here.

So, commissioned this from me. he asked for something related to this picture: but involving his character, who appears to be a posh and stuck up pikachu, based on what he's told me.
who knows why he was in Rena's hidden laboratory in the first place, I'll leave that up to you guys. but here we have Rena catching him before he can scape... the rope already taking effect after just touching him for a couple of seconds.

So anyway, most of the reason this took so long, apart from procrastination obviously, was how long it took to get the sketch right at first. and then another part of how long it took was the freaking glow around the rope!
I think it was complicated already in the first image, but this time it was just bloody ridiculous. it took me longer to do the glow than everything else in the picture combined. I'm not kidding.

At least the end result was worth the effort.
i also really like the background outside the windows.
