Hehe... yeah...
never drawn a drider before XD thought I'd give it a try.
this is based off this screenshot I took from the game "Millia Wars" [link]
except I used a random girl, not Millia. and don't worry the drider won't hurt her... I think she wans something a little more dirty.
I love the driders in that game they look so cute. they're even cuter than the Lamia Nagas.
I actually hate spiders. I'm not an arachnophobe, just think they're rather disgusting. and my GF is a huge arachnophobe so she's probably gonna hate me for this lol.
Well, when I first became obsessed with centaurs I actually hated horses, like, a lot. thought they were rather stupid. I think I got into centaurs BECAUSE I didn't like horses, which is weird. but anyway I think driders like this, that aren't particularly freaky looking, are cute.
same sort of appeal as centaurs (having a huge furry hind quarters behind you lol) but with one more pair of legs and can use webs and stuff.
centaurs are still cooler though hehe.
Anyway...

I'm really happy with how this turned out. I was happy with the drawing but then the colouring came out even better~ _{although i probably drew the end of her butt wrong XD that's how it looked in the sprite lol}
I need to do more vector art, so I'm gonna use a clean version of this for college.
couldn't be bothered to do a background, sorry XD

Done completely on Adobe Illustrator. roughly 10 hours overall.
